Chisoo Choi, M.D., President

 

IMG_2393After graduating from Rush Medical College in 1983, and finishing internal medicine residency training in 1986 at the Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, he taught several years at the Oral Roberts University School of Medicine and also at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine.

He has participated in more than 40 trips to countries including Mexico, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Slovakia, Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Malawi and Ethiopia. Since 2009, main focus has been medical education and clinical training in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr. Choi served on the boards of several mission organizations including Blessings International, InterServe USA, Korean American Missions Health Council, and also served for 11 years as the medical director for the Tulsa Dream Center, a free medical clinic for inner city underserved population.
